Producers like Mike Will Made It, Metro Boomin and "Zaytoven" have all built upon the foundation of the extremely popular and successful Trap music scene in Atlanta, Georgia. Zaytoven's synth melodies over scintillating organ chords along with a booming low-end bass is the basis for the now thirty-six year old super-producer. "Xavier L. Dotson" who is better known as "Zaytoven" was was born in Germany and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Zaytoven began his music career during his childhood growing up in a church where he learned to play the organ and the piano, thus building his musical foundation for the future.

Coming up as a musician, Zaytoven was mentored by the legendary, "JT Tha Bigga Figga" while he lived in the Bay Area for a brief time. It was during this period he would begin to study producers like the living legend, "DJ Quik" which would pay off as he would end up selling beats to Bay Area artists such as, "E-40" and "Messy Marv". After graduating from his high school he would move in with his parents in Atlanta and use their basement to make music. Soon he ended up linking with "Gucci Mane" for the first time at a local barbershop. Zaytoven knew from the way Gucci rapped over his beats that they would work beautifully together when they cultivated their first hit together in, "So Icy". And from there the rest is history. After this hit he would link up with superstar R&B artist ,"Usher" for his single, "Papers". Zaytoven's first breakout production credits to top the Billboard Charts would be for Migos with the smash song, "Versace" along with several songs off their mixtape, "No Label 2"

When Zaytoven is not making beats he is fulfilling his creative desires through other outlets such as film with his acting and scoring skills that he displays in all six of his short films that include his latest, "Finesse The Movie". A lot of people want to blow up as a producer, but what helps you blow up as a producer is an artist that matches well with your music,” Zaytoven explains. When that artist gets popular and blowing up and people start knowing them, that’s when they start knowing you.
